Mahesh Babu starts work in his adopted village in AP

Superstar Mahesh Babu is
proving to be a man of action
now. Few months ago, he
announced that he will be
adopting his native village,
Burripalem of Guntur district as a
part of TDP government's Smart
Village — Smart Ward program.
However since his Srimanthudu
is related to village adoption
concept, he do not want people
to think, he is doing Burripalem
adoption for publicity and so
paused the village works for a
while.
Now after the movie release and
success, Mahesh had started
work in Burripalem village. He
sent three teams there to
conduct a door to door survey.
The teams will come to know
about the village problems and
requirements directly from the
people there. And then the
priority lists will be prepared. The
teams are also working on the
resources development which
will help the village to become
self reliant in future.
Mahesh wants to develop the
village as a model village in near
future. He may visit the village
very soon.
